The box constantly updating
Had no idea what to do, said they have to roll a truck with a tech. Cycling power puts box in same loop, wants to update but progress sits at 0% forever, clearly it is not getting the firmware from the server.
I know there is nothing wrong in the house, internet router modem works fine, TV tunes analog and digital channels fine directly without the box.
